Coming Soon: Della Cucina — A Taste of Italy at the Jersey Shore Expansion
Something special is taking shape next door. What originally began as an idea for an expanded event space has evolved into something much bigger—a full-service, BYO Italian restaurant rooted in tradition, passion, and a whole lot of heart.
Della Cucina is bringing authentic Italian specialties to the Jersey Shore, blending the warmth of a neighborhood trattoria with the quality and care guests already know and love. The vision includes a thoughtfully curated dining room experience alongside the familiar deli, takeout, market items, baked goods, and catering services—all working together under one roof.
While final details like hours and menu balance are still coming together, the goal is simple: create a welcoming space for everyday dinners, private events, special tastings, and live entertainment, all made con amore.
This is just a sneak preview of what’s to come, with an opening announcement on the horizon. In the meantime, the team welcomes ideas, suggestions, and excitement from the community as Della Cucina continues to grow.
